At Deck Central, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items returned in something other than the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20% of the original cost or might be considered ineligible for a refund. This is at the discretion of store management/ownership.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued for the total amount of the order minus any costs incurred by Deck Central. These costs may include shipping and return shipping, delivery, installation, and credit card fees.
- Manufacturer Defects: If the return request is due to a manufacturer defect, we will first attempt to work with you to repair the product and follow the manufacturer warranty process.
- Shipping Defects:
- LTL / Freight: In the presence of the driver, we recommend that you inspect the shipment to ensure all items are correct and all pieces accounted for and undamaged before you accept a shipment. If there is any damage, you have the right to refuse delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must:
- Make note of the damages on the delivery receipt.
- Take pictures of the damages
- Contact us at info@deckcentral.com within 5 days to let us know of your delivery refusal.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- Used items, including items that have been installed or assembled.
- Clearance items.
- Warehouse Deal items.
- Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products.
- Items marked non-returnable in the item description.
- Items requested outside of the 30-day return period.
All returns are at the discretion of store management/ownership. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or lesser value of the previous purchased item(s). If the exchange item is of greater value, the customer is responsible to cover the difference in cost; this must be paid at the time of the order. All extra cost is due before placing a new order.
